Honestly, Kady had a feeling lately that Jamie was following her. Was it her imagination?
"He's been rather unusual," Sasha let her know.
"Really?" Kady winced wonder what they should do. "Maybe he shouldn't live here anymore."
"He's just misunderstood, that's all," Sasha was on his side.
"Why do you say that?"
"Because, you have to try to give him a chance, Kady. He doesn't mean to cause you harm." They were busy tidying up the sitting room. It seemed if they were never going to have this BBQ, the house would need a good dusting.
"Well, as if he'd give me a chance," Kady said with a glare. "Its like he knows me, and I swear I never said one word to him. Actually."
"All I can say, best not hide a thing from him. He'll find you out. He has his ways." Sasha informed her.
"You make him sound so sinister." Kady winced, wishing she'd never brought Jamie up in the first place. She certainly didn't want to be alone with him anytime soon. Some things were really best kept to yourself.
